What time is the intro workshop and should you come dressed to spin ?

The intro workshop is at 11:15am on Saturdays in Claremont. Come dressed and ready for a 30 minute ride.

Regarding the Intro workshop is there one in the South Pasadena location. Plus, when is the 1 month unlimited at $49 over. Lastly, does the South Pasadena location have showers in the lock room. Can’t wait to ride…
For new members is it exactly 4 weeks from the day you sign up? Are introductory classes offered in Montrose?
Hi Lisa! The 30 days starts the first day you attend class (so you may purchase in advance and it will not activate until you sign in to a class). Intro classes are offered at 10:45am every Saturday in Montrose. Hope to see you in the studio!
