Thank you for bringing your event to Pedal. We are happy to know that our Pedal Team is thinking about ways to help others. For your charitable gesture, we are pleased to donate our Spin Room for your event. This is our contribution to your charity event.   

You will be responsible for Promoting & Marketing you event. You may provide flyers for our Pedal studio. We want your event to be successful so we urge you to start your promotion early…1 month or 14 days prior to your event.

 

You will be also be responsible for the following:

  • Fully completed waivers for each attendee
  • Set-up & Clean-up after your event
  • Providing photos to Pedal of your event
  • Posting your success & mentioning Pedal on your social media
